Looking for great sea kayaing multi-day

Does anyone know of a really great multi-day sea kayaking tour in Alaska? My friends and I are seeing glacier-lined fjords behind surfacing pods of orcas, with grizzlies on the side. Is there anything that can compare to this vision?

Thanks

Anadyr Advetures company is located in Valdez. They have a great reputation and are recommended on this forum.

We went for a one day kayaking trip out of Valdez to Columbia Glacier with Pangaea and I would highly recommend including Columbia Glacier (kayaking between icebergs!) and Glacier Island (beautiful caves, wildlife) in your multi-day trip. Both the owner of Pangaea and our guide were great. They can arrange a custom tour for you. One problem though - I haven%26#39;t heard Valdez area being famous for whales or bears, although there is one trip on their website that mentions whales. By the way, we chose Pangaea not Anadyr simply because of a better cancellation policy. I have seen both of these companies recommended.

Pangaea%26#39;s website: www.alaskasummer.com

Also, research trips out of Seward, Whittier, and Homer. Here are the different sites I checked before we decided to go out of Valdez:

+ a whole lot more !!

travel10000, I completely forgot about Pangaea and we used them once for transfer. You provided Mark with a great list. Now he needs to search all links and decide for himself what would the best fit him and a group of his friends. IMHO, kayaking from Valdez is spectacular.

Wow,

I left town for three or four days, and just found everyone%26#39;s great reply%26#39;s awaiting me on my return! Thanks everyone, I%26#39;ll start digging into this stuff pronto....

Just one other recommendation: Wade Willis of Alaska Vision Quest. We took a multi-day trip in Prince William Sound. We had calving glaciers, but no whales, but he had have trips that do both. Another recommendation is Tongass Kayaks out of Petersburg, Alaska. They have a combo trip where you spend the first three days going to the LeConte glacier (which calves) and then they fly you to another camping spot off the Frederick Sound that is a good spot for Humback Whales. Keep in mind, though, that with kayaking you%26#39;ll rarely get close to whales unless you%26#39;re extremely lucky.
