There have been questions on a couple of recent threads about whether Ester Gold Camp and Malamute Saloon will be open this year (closed last year for renovations), so I decided to email for an answer. Here it is:
';Ester Gold Camp is still currently closed. With the current economic climate we are unsure when the Gold Camp will reopen.';
So I%26#39;d suggest that anyone who was thinking of going there this year, make sure to have back-up plans in mind in case the camp stays closed.
