If you are interested in working in Juneau for the summer season, you should actively contact companies now. Most seasonal stores start hiring by mid-March, to help unpack and price inventory, clean the stores, etc. It depends on what kind of retail sales or customer service you are interested / qualified for. The first cruise ship arrives on April 20.
