Denali National Park area

I am looking for recommendations for accommodation in the area, maybe around Healy please. We%26#39;re staying approx 3 - 4 nights.

Coalminer - your help would be greatly appriacated. A couple of months ago you replied to a couple going on honeymoon to Alaska, and since then I have failed to find that particular post. So I was wondering if you could recommend a few nice/romantic places to stay.

Pez - what kind of place are you looking for . . . there are so many different types around here - we have your regular hotels, cabins, inns, B%26amp;B%26#39;s - some like Europe, where you are actually living with the family, but most of our B%26amp;B%26#39;s have totally separate entrances so you hardly see the owners. Are you looking for privacy? views? good food? Give me more information, and then I can specify the ones that might work best for you. I%26#39;ll look forward to your reply! :)

I%26#39;m such a dope. Ok, looking for accommodation in the form of B+B or cabins, as the hotels are a little out of budget. With the B+B the private enterence would be preferable. You mentioned, if I remember correctly of a place with a hot tub outside, that would be very cool. Kitchen facilities, either or, not too pushed.

Okay, for a B%26amp;B: Valley Vista - no view, but beautiful rooms, complete kitchen (shared), jacuzzi tubs in each room and separate entrances. Inn: Touch of Wilderness - full breakfasts, great mtn views, nice rooms and outdoor jacuzzi. Cabins - Aspen Haus, which is more like a B%26amp;B - or Denali Lakeside Lodging (www.denalilakesidelodging.com). Look those over, and let me know if you want something else - those would be my favorite, but there are more out there! Good luck! :)
